Fiftyeight Products Onlineshop Returns Service
Would you like to return items purchased from the Fiftyeight Products Onlineshop? Of course you have a 14-day right of return without giving reasons (read here).
We will support you with your return and ask you to proceed as follows:
• Contact our customer service team by email at return@58products.com with the following information.
o Order number
o Order date
o Brief description of the fault or defect
o Photos of the faulty goods, if defective
• Our customer service will contact you immediately by e-mail and explain how to proceed.
• Please pack the items to be returned in the best possible way and send them back to our dispatch warehouse in Mainz as discussed by e-mail.
As soon as we have received your parcel, you will receive a confirmation of a credit note for the refund amount (as stated in the purchase documents) for the returned item(s) after checking the return. The refund will be transferred to the same payment method you selected at the time of purchase. The refund will be made within seven working days of receipt of the return.
Attention: Please refrain from returning items to us without consulting our customer service. This is because your shipment may not be correctly recognized and assigned. This is the only way to ensure fast processing and handling of your return.
